1) From the seller profile click the
“join now” button at the top left corner.

2) Create your Dealer account
• your store name
• email address
• rememberable password

3) From your seller profile go to
Your (drop down menu icon) in the top right
corner of the screen

3) Go to your store configuration section and
click the (General Configuration) menu.

4) Make sure to change to your proffered time
for your customers to return products.
Notice: (-1 is default and gives your customer
unlimited time to return items).

5) Go back to your configuration menu and select
your (Shipping Method) menu.
Click save changes

6) Make sure your (Marketplace Shipping) in (enabled) and active.

7) Go back to your (Configuration Menu) and
Click on the (Marketplace Shipping) Menu.

8) Make sure your (Shipping Status) is (Active)
click save
